GILFORD - PLACES AND PEOPLE

The answers to this crossword is a mixture of street-names, place-names and names of shopkeers of old.

Some answers are the name of a road leading to or from Gilford  (eg Portadown)

The clues may also be a bit bizarre!  Some are straightforward and others are definitely not! All part of the fun!

The number in brackets after each clue indicates a one word or two word answer.

It should bring back many memories when we think of those people who served the community, before supermarkets and hypermarkets.

I have tried to include as many as possible - at least - as many as I can remember!
